If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that personalized candles cannot be returned unless they are defective.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days. We are not responsible for any return shipping costs.
